Zion National Park has always held a sentimental spot in my heart. Some of my earliest memories are of catching tadpoles in Emerald Pools and swimming in the Virgin River. If you've been there, you know there's no other place on Earth quite like it. This hand drawn topographical map of Zion National Park is printed on high quality thick paper. As an artist, I'm not interested in drawing the exact topography of the area, but I wanted to allow some artistic expression to create more depth and movement that represents the landscape of the park. While the topographical lines are expressive, the actual geographical features are accurate. So the rivers, and canyons actually represent the rivers and canyons in the landscape.
The original was hand drawn. These prints are museum quality reproductions.

Framing

I’m not currently shipping with frames because I’ve had too many frames get damaged during shipping. But don’t hesitate to ask me for suggestions.
The paper I use for my pieces is high quality and does not require glass over it when framing. Most standard sized frames will work just fine. If you take the artwork to a professional framer, I would suggest asking for dry mounting.
